The Founder
I didn't come
from this world.
Not finance. Not trading. Not Bloomberg terminals and paper-trading in college. I came from figuring things out because I had to.

My daughter asked me to build a bot. That's it. That's how this started.
No grand vision. No industry background. No investor whispering in my ear. My daughter asked a question, and I did what I always do — I went to find the answer.
But I don't learn surface level. Never have. When I get into something, I need to know the why behind the what behind the how. So I started pulling on the thread. And the deeper I went into the world of trading signals, AI funds, and portfolio tools, the more I started to see something that bothered me deeply.
"It wasn't that people were losing money. It was that most people didn't even know why they were losing it."
Some of it was luck dressed up as genius. Some of it was timing that looked like strategy. But more than anything else — more than manipulation, more than bad code — it was just a lot of people who didn't know.
Regular people opening dashboards, seeing green numbers and smooth charts, and trusting them because they had no framework to question them. No language. No tools. No way to audit what they were actually looking at.
I know what that feels like. I was that person.
And I'm not built to just notice a problem and walk away from it.
So I started building — not a product to trade for people, but a system designed around one question: what would this look like if it refused to lie?
What if every number had to be earned? What if the system demoted itself when it stopped performing? What if a blank field was more honest than a placeholder that made you feel good?
What I built is the answer to that question.
It's not flashy. It doesn't promise returns. It doesn't market itself with wins while burying the losses. It runs on math, time, and a verification process that no one — including me — can override.
The clock
The 90-day verification window started April 24, 2026. The days that follow will prove or retire everything built here. I'm not in the loop on that decision. I designed it that way on purpose.
Because this was never about trading.
It was about building something I could've used when I didn't know — and making sure the next person who asks the right question can actually find a real answer.
That's the story.
